Keeley Companies, comprised of L. Keeley Construction, ADB Companies, ZeroDay Technology Solutions, Mercury Communications, Inspired Solutions, and KDG, continues to monitor developments regarding the COVID-19 virus and its’ impact on active Keeley projects. During this unprecedented time, our mission statement is our guide. Our top priority is the service and safety of our partners and people.

We want to assure you that Keeley Companies is committed to serving our partners and fully performing its scope of work on all projects. However, as federal, state, local governments and/or third parties take actions in response to COVID-19 that impact our scope of work, we will notify you immediately.

We are proactively working with our teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. To continue our commitment to safety, we have implemented the following to protect our Keeley’ns, partners, and the community: 

​

• Awareness and Prevention training issued for all Keeley’ns 

• “Stay Home” guidance for sick, at-risk, and/or primary caregivers 

• Social Distancing practices 

• Essential in-person meetings limited to 10 or less with 6 feet of distancing 

• Enhanced office and jobsite cleaning protocols 

• Travel restricted to essential only, following CDC quarantine for team members returning from discretionary travel to Level 3 Travel Health Notice 

• Work from Home Directive & Office A/B Schedule

• Office and Conference Room Occupancy Limits

• Daily screening procedures for office including temperature checks for Keeley'ns and visitors

• Signage, reminders, and educational collateral throughout offices

 

Leadership Initiatives to guide our response to this quickly evolving situation:

• Weekly Executive Leadership calls and All-Hands briefings on current COVID-19 Related topics 

• Internal website for COVID-19 communications, directives, and guidance 

• Mandated use of remote collaboration tools for large meeting formats
