#KeeleyCares: Easterseals + World Wide Technology
By: Mary Sly
Earlier this month, ZeroDay teamed up with World Wide Technology to plan a day of fun for the amazing people at Easterseals Midwest. It was an afternoon full of love and laughter!
We had different stations set for people to work together and create something fun. Whether it was painting a flower pot or using old t-shirts to make dog toys for Stray Rescue, the smiles on everyone's faces were beaming. This is one of our favorite organizations to support and we are so lucky to be able to host events like this.
"Every person has abilities, skills, and talents that enrich our world and the people around us. Easterseals Midwest believes that our communities are stronger when we welcome individuals with developmental disabilities as our friends, neighbors, classmates, and co-workers. We are grateful to our friends at KeeleyCares and World Wide Technology for providing a day of fun, friendship, and encouragement. Together we are changing the way the world defines disabilities."
-Patti Dickens, Director of Development & Corporate Relations
We can't wait to partner with World Wide for another event in the future!
Easterseals is an incredible organization that offers a variety of services to help people with disabilities address life's challenges and achieve personal goals. Services range from child development centers to physical rehabilitation and job training. They believe that all members of our community, regardless of ability, should have the opportunity to live, learn, work, play, and act.
