Keeley Companies offers an interactive internship experience that empowers interns to gain hands-on experience and fully immerse themselves in the world-class Keeley culture. Interns work alongside proud Keeley'ns including executives, team members, craftspeople, and other interns to apply knowledge learned in the classroom and develop a better understanding of the industry.


With the goal to create the next generation of Keeley’ns, the internship program across Keeley Companies is truly unlike any other. Implementing our strategic process, the KeeleyWay, into the internship program allows our interns to create visions, set goals, and hold themselves and each other accountable. From day one, interns are welcomed into the family and are empowered to drive results and unleash their potential.











Internships are available in a variety of support and operational groups across Keeley Companies. From supporting our teams from the office, to managing job sites, or even a bit of both, the Keeley Companies Internship Program is focused on providing real-world experience to show interns what a day looks like in their field, and empowers them to be a meaningful contributor to their team.

Keeley Companies offers a variety of summer internship opportunities across various groups. All interns go through an action packed two-day orientation to kick off their summer, a mid-summer intern STP meeting, and a variety of events and opportunities to get to know each other, experience our culture, and give back to the community. 


In addition to our robust Internship Program, Keeley Companies also offers an immersive co-op experience. Co-ops allow interns the opportunity to get a better look into the industry and become a vital part of the Keeley Family - staying with their team, full or part-time, while they are still attending school.


The ultimate goal of our internship program is to create the next generation of Keeley'ns. We offer many interns the opportunity to come back as an intern for an additional summer if they have not yet graduated college. We've also converted nearly all of our co-ops to full-time hires upon the completion of their co-op. 

In addition to offering lucrative paid summer internships, we invite our most recent intern class back each December to share about their experience. Interns have the opportunity to earn $250 as they present to leaders from across Keeley Companies to help us continue to improve our internship experience year over year. We also offer referral bonuses of $150 to former interns who refer new interns to our program. We believe whole-heartedly in investing in our next generation of Keeley'ns!

Despite going through a global pandemic, our internship program was in full force in 2020. With 33 interns across Keeley Companies, the summer may have looked a little different, but we did not take a break from creating the next generation of Keeley'ns.
