Bio:
Rebecca co-leads are U.S. Risk Diligence team within Aon M&A Solutions practice group, which provides due diligence project management for private equity & corporate clients. Our typical scope focuses on the financial impact on the pending transaction and pro-forma financial model related to insurance issues, including analysis of collateral, balance sheet reserves and quality of earnings. Services also include purchase agreement advice and coverage analysis. During a due diligence project, the project manager is responsible for aligning Aon’s resources to deliver timely and valued expertise to our clients. Rebecca is responsible for overseeing risk diligence performed, including bringing all of Aon’s resources to each transaction and client. Rebecca has general expertise in property & casualty program design, complex coverage analysis, parent company carve-out divestitures and merging multiple businesses from an insurance perspective. Additionally, Rebecca has experience is real estate developments. Rebecca’s experience stems from 20+ years of experience at Aon, 15+ years working directly with M&A transactions. In 2012, she received the Power Broker award from Risk & Insurance. Rebecca mostly recently participated in Aon’s Global Catalyst Leadership program and values her relationships with both colleagues and clients.

Tracy Hart is president of St. Louis-based Tarlton Corporation, a general contracting, construction management, design-build firm celebrating 77 years of helping build St. Louis. Tarlton is a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise that completes new construction and renovation projects for clients in the commercial, institutional, non-profit and industrial sectors. Hart also serves as president and CEO of Waterhout Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary. In the last decade, she has earned widespread acclaim as a successful business leader deeply committed to the St. Louis region. Hart chairs the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership and serves on the boards of GreaterSTL, The Muny, and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. She is lead independent director for Midwest Bank Centre and serves on the Board of Directors of ONE Gas, a public utility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Elected the first woman to chair the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis (now AGC of Missouri), Hart is a life director for the AGC of America. She was named a St. Louis Titan 100 business leader in 2023, is a past winner of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “40 under 40" Award and has been recognized among the region’s “25 Most Influential Business Women.” She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Mandi Clark has worked in the logistics and distribution industry for nearly 20 years at Dot Foods, Inc., North America’s largest food industry redistributor. The bulk of her career has been in outside sales and customer service, until she moved into Human Resources in 2023 when she became Dot’s Vice President of HR. She finds Sales and HR have many things in common – both are about helping people, being curious, and getting creative to solve problems. Mandi earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri, Columbia, and later graduated with her MBA from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

In collaboration with the executive team, she is instrumental in setting and driving the organization's vision, operations strategy, development strategy, and hiring levels, including analyzing internal operations and identifying areas for process enhancement for both short-and long-term objectives. Before joining Midas, Linda held nearly every management position in the hotel industry including 10 years in development and management of ground-up hotel projects and residential mixed-use properties, leading up to director level regional positions and independent consulting. Linda also spent 5 years in golf club management. Linda graduated from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, Hospitality Management in Denver, CO. She serves on the Franchise Advisory Committee for Marriott's Aloft brand and as Commissioner on CWE Special Business District. Linda has been recognized by Explore S.t Louis receiving their Maestro Award for excellence in leadership in hospitality and was featured in the Class of 2022 “Wonder Women” in the St. Louis region for female leadership performance. Linda is married to Rich, and they happily spend their free time with their grandchildren and their favorite hobby, golf.
