2022 Culture Updates
2022 is halfway over and I'm truly in awe of our evolving culture and incredible Keeley'ns. We have already accomplished so much this year but, as always, it comes down to the people. It's no secret that we believe in the power of people and as I like to say, "if you get the people right, the results will follow." In an effort to get our Keeley'ns out there and help them get to know each other, we launched the "Who Do You Know?" campaign. The goal is simple - Keeley'ns are encouraged to have a conversation with someone outside of their circle! These conversations have brought us together and furthered our world-class culture. No conversation is too small and we are grateful to our Keeley'ns who have made an effort to have these meaningful moments.
KeeleyWay: New i404 Action Planning System
Here at Keeley, our success is driven by the KeeleyWay. Part of this process is our i404 Action Planning System. We have utilized this system to help us achieve 20% growth year-over-year. Earlier this year, the system got a facelift! With a streamlined interface, updated dashboard views, and ease of use, our people can strategically use the platform to achieve SMART action plans every month.

KeeleySafe: Our Annual Safety Week Celebration
This year, Construction Safety Week was celebrated from May 2 - May 7 and we knew this was a perfect time for our annual KeeleySafe Safety Week! Here at Keeley, the safety of our people is our number one priority. Our dedicated Keeley'ns across the nation work every day to drive our vision and lead our company to growth and success year over year. We wanted to take this week to celebrate our incredible safety culture, our world-class team members, and have the opportunity to bring KeeleySafe home to our families. During the week, a new safety topic was presented, and we ended the week with one of our favorite events of the year, Safety Fair!

#KeeleyCares: 13 New Charities
2021 was an amazing year for #KeeleyCares, with our Keeley'ns giving over 20,000 hours of service and donating over $2.2 million for deserving organizations across the country! Because of this passion for giving back, we were able to add 13 amazing new charities to our ever-growing Wall of Compassion.

KeeleyOne: INCLUDE 2.0 + VOICE Chats
Last year, we were proud to launch our INCLUDE sessions and after seeing the enthusiastic response and participation from our Keeley'ns across the nation, we knew we had to bring it back! In May, we had our first INCLUDE 2.0 session for all team members wanting to gain an understanding of what unconscious bias and microaggressions are and how they impact the workplace. Participants learned skills to advocate for themselves and others when necessary and how to build awareness of others to build a more inclusive workplace and stronger relationships.
VOICE Chats are some of our favorite moments of the year and in 2022 we have taken them to the next level. With three groundbreaking VOICE Chats under our belt, we are excited to see how Keeley'ns take the information they have learned and turn it into positive change. 2022 topics have included Anxiety in the Work Place, Pronouns, and understanding what it's like In Someone Else's Shoes. Cheers to more inclusive and supportive conversations!
KeeleyLife: First Annual Wellness Fair
On May 12, we hosted our first annual Wellness Fair for our Keeley'ns to explore ways they can focus on becoming the best versions of themselves. Attendees received resources on cancer and brain injury prevention, our EAP services, and more! They were also able to participate in body composition analyses, movement assessments, joint pain management support, and five minute chair massages!

KeeleyU: Maryville Certificate Programs
In 2021, we launched our innovative partnership with Maryville University, changing the way Keeley'ns learn and grow their careers. This year, we launched our first ever Certificate Programs powered by Maryville University. Keeley'ns could apply for three unique, vigorous courses, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.

KeeleyGreen: Sustainable Tips & Tricks
KeeleyGreen is dedicated to making our world a better place for future generations. In order to do that, we all have to do our part. Every month, KeeleyGreen gives Keeley'ns and their families tips and tricks on how to live a more sustainable life. Our most recent KeeleyGreen tips show us easy ways in which we can save water.
