Culture Spotlights
KeeleyWay: St. Louis Top Workplace 10 Years Running
We are so grateful to be named a 2021 Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch! This year marks our 10th consecutive year of receiving this honor and we are so proud of our incredible team members for living out our mission and values every single day.
We would not be where we are today without our most important asset: our people. They are the backbone of our business and their dedication continues to make Keeley Companies a family that people want to be a part of. This has been an amazing year and we can't wait to see what the rest of 2021 has in store for us!
KeeleySafe: Awkward Moments
Here at Keeley Companies, safety is our number one priority. We work hard to promote a culture built on ZERO and educate our Keeley'ns on safety both on the job and at home with their families. We created Awkward Moments to do just that - reach our families and promote safety in everything we do at home and at work. Watch the video above to learn more about our Awkward Moments and keep an eye out for a new video every month!
#KeeleyCares: Seven New Charities
2020 was yet another record-breaking year for #KeeleyCares. While the need in many of our communities was at an all-time high, Keeley'ns came out in full force to donate over 20,000 hours of time to countless incredible charities and organizations. These tireless efforts by Keeley'ns across the nation have given us the opportunity to add seven new charities to our ever-growing Wall of Compassion.
The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis | Jaycee's
American Red Cross | 5 P Minus Society | Randy's Rescue Ranch
Bethel Colony | Batten Disease Support and Research Association

KeeleyOne: INCLUDE Sessions & VOICE Chats
We added KeeleyOne as a new cultural pillar in August and our Keeley'ns have fully embraced our mission of championing a culture of Diversity & Inclusion. The KeeleyOne team has been working hard to provide our people with resources and various ways to get involved. The first initiative that the team implemented was INCLUDE sessions. These virtual sessions are designed for all of our people leaders and challenge the thinking around traditional diversity & inclusion training. These interactive sessions focus on building awareness and the skills needed to develop relationships that can lead to a more inclusive culture.
"This session was engaging and the presentations were enlightening. Our Keeley Culture aligns with KeeleyOne thinking, yet we have just started our journey to fulfill our vision of Diversity & Inclusion!"
The team has also begun implementing monthly VOICE Chats. These chats are confidential conversations with various teams and groups of people across the company. VOICE Chats will address various Diversity & Inclusion topics including, but not limited to, race, the gender gap, the LGBTQ community, disability inclusion, and more! These chats will not only allow people an opportunity to grow and learn, but will also provide individuals with an opportunity to see these issues from an entirely new perspective.
KeeleyLife: Our Benefits & Resources
KeeleyLife, our Health & Wellness Program, offers Keeley'ns various resources to help them become the best versions of themselves! These offerings range from mental health resources and our Health Hacks video series, to financial resources and educational material on the LMS. All resources live within our internal HR portal, Sage People, for Keeley'ns to access from anywhere at any time.
We are grateful to be able to provide our Keeley'ns with events, challenges, and the support needed to empower them to take their health & well-being into their own hands and change their lives for the better.
KeeleyU: John Regan's "Under Construction" Podcast
KeeleyU is proud to provide continuous learning opportunities to our Keeley'ns across the nation. So many of our people are dedicated to the career advancement and have experienced exponential growth at Keeley Companies. John Regan, "The Professor", wanted to spotlight these individuals and decided to start his own podcast: "Under Construction: Stories of the Journey to Success." This podcast shares stories of what makes people a success. Gathered from around the companies, roles, and settings, this podcast shows that there are numerous ways to be a success and will encourage listeners to keep pushing yourself towards growth. John releases episodes twice a month and you won't want to miss them! Click below to listen to his most recent episode with Ryan Perryman, Vice President of Building at L.
