KeeleyU: 2021 In Review
2021 has been quite a year for KeeleyU! Our Keeley’ns are more dedicated than ever to their professional development and this past year, Keeley’ns completed 16,100 hours of learning. Through our advanced online Learning Management System (LMS), hosted by MaryvilleWORKS, Keeley’ns completed 19,840 courses. The LMS has hundreds of courses for Keeley'ns to view at their pace and earn education credit. Courses range from leadership and safety training to personal branding and unique panel events. Some videos are designed specifically as LMS content, while other courses available online are recorded videos of instructor-led sessions from Keeley’ns and outside speakers sharing their superpowers and stories of success. This robust system ensures that Keeley'ns, regardless of time and geography, can take advantage of the many offerings of KeeleyU. This year, we are proud to announce that KeeleyU is a 2021 winner of the Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) BEST Award! The ATD BEST Awards are the talent development industry’s most rigorous and coveted recognition. KeeleyU is among just 71 organizations from around the globe to receive the award this year. The BEST Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success through talent development, we are incredibly proud of KeeleyU for receiving the honorable award! This summer, Keeley Companies and Maryville University announced an innovative partnership that committed to develop the workforce of the future, dedicated to making a positive impact in underserved communities, and focused on providing economic leadership in the St. Louis area and beyond. Together with Maryville, modules were developed to upskill Keeley’ns in areas such as leadership and business acumen. This partnership offers Keeley’ns new, accredited certificate programs. These programs consist of college accredited courses that funnel up to a custom certificate, opening doors for Keeley’ns to continue their education and advance in their careers.
