KeeleyWay: 2021 In Review
We firmly believe, “if you get the people right, the results will follow," and 2021 is further proof of this. Our people are the reason we have seen tremendous growth this year and we are so excited to enhance our vision for the future.
This year, after going through some internal changes and looking towards the future, we knew it was time for a change. After evolving our brands and even adding a new member to the Keeley Companies family, we decided it was time for a corporate rebrand! Our Keeley Companies look stayed the same while the branding for L. Keeley Construction and KDG underwent some changes to better align with our goals for the future. L. Keeley Construction is now known as Keeley Construction. Our teams added new services and are even entering new markets. The Keeley Construction team is incredibly excited to grow and exceed expectations on a national scale! KDG is now known as Keeley Properties, better representing our unmatched Property Management and Development offerings. The team continues to show their dedication to investing in our properties and people with intent to build relationships and activate our communities. Finally, we added Keeley Restoration Services to the family! Our team is able to bring life back to buildings and structures, extending their service lifespan, while providing value to our customers and improving the environment. We are so excited about this next evolution, continuing to strengthen our ability to build communities.
Our teams, across the companies, have worked in Texas for decades and we knew it was finally time to open up an office of our own in the Lone Star State. Well, here at Keeley, we never do anything small, so we are proud to announce the opening of TWO new offices in Texas! Our Paving Team has decided to call Buda, TX home with our very own Matt Bradley spearheading these efforts as the regional manager. He graciously offered to relocate from St. Louis to Texas to help bring this dream to life. We are also growing our Civil Group with a new team in New Braunfels, TX. Two of our newest Keeley’ns, Mike Uldrich and John Frazier, are leading this team with a deep portfolio of experience in the Lone Star State. They will help bring new services to the Civil Group in Texas and surrounding states with a strong focus on customer service, safety, and quality. Thank you to our Keeley’ns who have helped write this new chapter in Texas and make it possible for our teams to work hard every day and experience some exponential growth.
Our culture is what truly sets us apart and our people live out our culture every single day, spreading it to fellow Keeley’ns and beyond.
