KeeleyWay: 2022 Year in Review

2022 has been a year of remarkable growth for Keeley Companies. Keeley’ns drove their scorecard goals and achieved outstanding results across all companies. This further drives our belief of “if you get the people right, results will follow.” As we head into 2023 STP season, we are excited to dream big and set goals to drive our incredible vision.

We continue on our path of exponential growth as our roots spread even deeper into the communities we serve nationwide. With offices in St. Louis, MO; Canton, OH; New Braunfels, TX; and Phoenix, AZ, we are excited to bring the Keeley name to other cities soon! With strategic planning, market research, and the KeeleyWay, our Keeley culture is sure to reach every corner of the nation. With our deep project experience and countless, talented Keeley’ns, we look forward to solidifying our commitment to exceeding expectations.

One of our proudest accomplishments in 2023 took place in Keeley Construction’s Civil Group. We are extremely proud of our Civil Group as they were named as an ACG Winner for their work on the Tower Grove Park East Stream Renovation Project in St. Louis, MO. The Keeley Team was able to play an integral role in the success of the project, from management to field work. We are grateful to all those involved for taking such pride in delivering incredible work and enhancing the St. Louis Community, we are inspired by your commitment to excellence. Keeley Properties wrapped up its first full year of operation with BestBox Storage! BestBox is making self storage sexy again and this first year was marked by remarkable growth. 2022 brought new team members, new sites, and new processes, and we are proud of the growth that the BestBox team has achieved. They closed on over 100 acres of land, had 13 groundbreakings, and are anticipating 12 land acquisitions in Q1 of 2023. With this kind of growth, you’re sure to see a BestBox near you!
